The price you’re paying for these brushes is worth it considering their high quality. I definitely recommend giving them a try! I’ve had expensive brushes, and these are still my fav. Very soft and dense. This came with everything I need, and the little case is nice to keep everything together. The only downside is there were a few little brush hairs that were out of place, but I just trimmed them off. They really are the best brushes, 10/10.
When I tried these brushes on my face and eyelid, my first impression was that they are soft and non-irritating. I’d say they’re soft enough, not high-end soft as one might guess. I mainly got them for the smaller brushes for eyeshadow application and to have spares for various shades. The large tapered brush and the slanted foundation brush bristles are noticeably choppy, like they were hand trimmed but didn’t do a good job; but they might not affect the foundation overall appearance is my guess. Overall, it’s an amazing bargain to get all these brushes. A few bristles were out of place or fell out, which is fine. The handles are well-made, and the color is so pretty. I used hand soap to wash them before using. They stood fine with washing, no fallouts. No scent/smell at all afterwards. Happy with the purchase.
For the price, these brushes are very nice and offer great value. They have the same feel as far more expensive luxury brand brushes. When I opened them, they did have an odor, which was quickly and easily removed as I washed them with a trusted makeup brush soap and warm water. Washing any brushes, sponges, beauty blenders, etc. should always be done before using them and to keep your face and them clean and free of germs and to prevent and remove bacteria that could cause breakouts as well as numerous other skin conditions. These brushes did not shed or lose more than 5 bristles out of the entire set, even while washing. I have washed them several times now and am extremely pleased with the way they clean up, their performance, and that they still feel and look the same as they did when they were new (minus the odor). I have plans to purchase a couple more sets to put into gifts for a couple of family members and friends and maybe a couple more sets for my own personal use.
