Shocking customer service for a brand like this! My Partner got a pair of Hugo boss shoes which the sole has came away from them hes wore these a handful of times you would expect something like this from primark. Emailed Hugo boss and there’s nothing they can do all I got was a sorry? Where is your customer rights , I will be contacting consumer rights.
